1. Our refund period

Master 22 Solutions LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for CRM Bob. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

2. How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide the email address and order details associated with your purchase. You may also contact us at contact@master22solutions.com.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of the paid billing period. A cancellation does not automatically create a refund, but purchases remain eligible under the 30-day guarantee above.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment method and financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that apply under local consumer law.
